Maybe someone need it, too. A small shell script to create hundreds of users and groups:

set -e
export OC_PASS=test12
for ((j=1;j<=30;j++));
do
for ((i=1;i<=50;i++));
do
./occ user:add pomes_$i-$j --password-from-env -g bdo_$j
done
done
